Mild Chaos Records Instagram Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Mild Chaos Records LLC, an independent record label based in the United States (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on 8/29/2025 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on 9/15/2025 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period:
1. Follow @mildchaosrecords on Instagram.
2. Like the official giveaway post.
3. Comment on the post and tag at least one friend.

No purchase necessary. Internet access and a valid Instagram account required. Limit: one entry per person provided each tag is unique.

5. Prize

Two  (2) winners will receive:
- One (1) limited-edition 20th Anniversary vinyl copy of Trouble Bound’s Here to the End (purple/yellow splatter pressing) and one (1) Mild Chaos Records t-shirt
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50.

No cash or other substitution permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will be conducted within five (5) days after the Entry Period ends.

The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within that time, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Instagram from any claims or damages arising from participation or acceptance of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

10. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
